Mandala Reflections aims to create community that supports holistic lifestyle, wellness, and spirituality topics that connect you to you and to others. One of my original goals was to get more voices on this blog. I envisioned this blog to not be a singular adventure but one where many people can share their thoughts and opinions on interesting subject matter as it relates to our lives and health. I’m not there yet nor has it been decided if that is where the blog is heading, but as a small step, I chose March as a month to feature a variety of topics and people in the community to share some of their thoughts on life, wellness, and spirituality through their personal lenses. So thank you to those of you who agreed to share some of your time and your personal reflection with us! We are so lucky to have you as part of this wellness community 🙂
With that said, I am proud to announce that we are already a week into March, and I will be posting a variety of guest blogs to give you a little Spring break from my usual blogging. If you missed out on last week’s guest blog, scroll down to see Alanna Gibbs’s offering on what it means to listen.
Just as a heads up, this coming Wednesday we’ll have a guest blog from writer, Kate Robertson. On Friday we will do a spotlight on Thai Body Work and the lovely Thai yoga bodyworker, Siri Garnaas. Please be sure to leave comments or send me your feedback on how you are liking these posts. It’s helpful to know if it’s helpful to you so we can have more of what you like on the blog.
Other things to note:
- Be sure to check back to see what else we have cooking this month. March is National Nutrition Month, so we will feature some fun recipes and info on some different superfoods. If you missed it, there was already one post on chia seeds.
- With all of the snow and slush around it’s been a fun month to shake things up on the blog. More changes will be coming soon over the next few months, so stay tuned!
- Also, if you are someone who wants to be a guest writer in the future, please email your idea to firstname.lastname@example.org. I’m actually checking the blog’s email now so please do send me some mail love 🙂
Happy Sunday to all!
